Our story

Our journey began in the dynamic realm of call centers, where we honed our skills and passion for customer service. With a collective background that spans prestigious organizations like Yellow Pages Canada and Microsoft in the (USA & Canada & United Kingdom), BELL (Canada), Total Direct Energy(France), EBP Informatique(France), and SFR(France) we've amassed over two decades of invaluable experience.

Throughout our journey, we've proudly contributed to driving over USD 20 million in revenue, leveraging our expertise to deliver exceptional client results. However, as we evolved, so did our vision.
